Schedule a post
Plan an approved post for each channel, publish now, reschedule or cancel.
Once a post is approved, the draft shows a posting plan. Choose the channels, the date and the time, in the brand's time zone.
What happens at that time
- Connected accounts publish automatically. You'll see the post marked as published, with a link to it.
- Channels without a connection get a reminder instead; see Post it yourself.
Changing a plan
Open the post (from the Calendar, the posting queue or the draft) to:
- Publish now, without waiting;
- Reschedule to a new time;
- Cancel the plan.
Good to know
- A plan must be at least a minute ahead and within a year.
- Around clock changes, a time that doesn't exist is refused, and a time that happens twice asks you to confirm.
- A daily email lists the posts planned for the next 24 hours.
