Invite your team and choose roles
Invite people, choose what they can do, and limit them to certain brands.
Owners and administrators invite people in Settings → Team & approvals. Enter their email, choose a role and, for most roles, the brands they can work on. The invitation link lasts 7 days; you can renew or cancel it.
The person must sign in with the email address you invited.
Roles
| Role | Can |

| Owner | Everything, including managing other owners |
| Administrator | Every brand, the team and settings |
| Brand manager | Write, review and plan posts, and set review rules, for their brands |
| Publisher | Write and plan posts for their brands |
| Contributor | Capture ideas and write drafts for their brands |
| Reviewer | Approve or request changes for their brands |
| Client | A simple client workspace (Agency plan) |
| Analyst | View their brands without changing anything |
Inviting teammates is part of the Team and Agency plans, which include unlimited people. Clients never take a seat.
