Work with clients

On the Agency plan you can invite clients to Growdex with the Client role. Clients don't take up a team seat.

What clients see

Clients get a simple workspace for their brand, showing:

• posts waiting for their review (the ones that need their approval first);
• posts they've approved that are waiting for others, and posts sent back for changes;
• the next posts planned;
• the last 30 days of results, with the monthly report.

They can approve posts, request changes and comment. They can't edit, schedule, publish or connect accounts, and they don't see your Ideas, Posts list, Settings or billing.

Inviting a client

In Settings → Team & approvals, invite them by email, choose the Client role and pick their brand. To make their approval required on every post, add them under approvals in Team & approvals.
