Connect Facebook and Instagram
Pages, professional Instagram accounts, and the extra beta step.
During the beta
Meta is still reviewing Growdex, so Facebook and Instagram need a one-time tester step before you can connect. If your application is approved, we'll invite you and guide you through it. Brand & channels shows where your setup stands.
Growdex publishes to Facebook Pages you manage. Choose Connect Facebook, sign in with Facebook, then pick the Page for this brand.
Facebook doesn't let any app publish to personal profiles. For a personal profile, plan the post and use Post it yourself.
Growdex publishes to professional Instagram accounts (Business or Creator). There are two ways to connect:
- Connect with Instagram: sign in on Instagram directly. You don't need a Facebook Page.
- Through Facebook: if your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook Page, connect Facebook and pick the Instagram account in the same step.
A brand posts to one Instagram account. Connecting a different one replaces it.
Have a personal Instagram account? You can switch to a free Creator account in the Instagram app's settings. Until then, plan posts and post them yourself.
Removing access completely
Disconnecting in Growdex removes our access on our side. To remove it on Facebook's side too, go to Facebook Settings → Business integrations.
