Connect TikTok and post to it

Choose Connect TikTok in Settings → Brand & channels and sign in with TikTok.

Posts are private for now

TikTok reviews every app that posts for people. Until TikTok finishes reviewing Growdex, posts are published as private ("Only me"). You can make a post public in the TikTok app afterwards. We'll remove this limit as soon as the review is done.

Choices for each post

TikTok asks you to make a few choices every time, and Growdex shows them when you plan or publish a TikTok post:

• Who can view the post, from the options your account offers.
• Whether to allow comments, duets and stitches. They all start off.
• Whether it's commercial content (promoting your own brand, or branded content for someone else). TikTok labels these posts.

Growdex loads your account's current settings each time, so if TikTok limits your account, you'll see TikTok's message.

What you can post

A TikTok post takes one video. TikTok processes videos after they're posted, so it can take a few minutes to appear.
