Set up your workspace
Create your workspace and first brand in a couple of minutes.
When you first sign in, Growdex asks a few questions to set up your workspace.
What you'll choose
- How you work: Solo, Team or Agency. This only shapes the starting setup; you can invite people and add brands later.
- Your organisation's name, for example your business or agency.
- Your first brand: the name of the account or client you post for.
- The brand's time zone. Every planned time for that brand uses it, so a post set for 9:00 goes out at 9:00 in that time zone, wherever you are.
- A description and brand voice (optional). The AI assistant uses these to write in the right tone, so a sentence or two helps.
What to do next
- Connect your social accounts for the brand.
- Capture an idea or start a draft (see Ideas and drafts).
- If you work with others, invite your team.
The workspace home shows a short getting-started list that ticks off as you go.
